Terms

Plain English. If anything here is unclear, ask us.

What you're buying. A one-time purchase unlocking the paid sections of Care Keep — medications, appointments, finances and legal documents — for everyone in your household. There is no subscription and no renewal. Signing up, creating a household, inviting family and reading the resource articles are free.

Care Keep is an organisational tool. It is not a medical, legal or financial service, and nothing in it — including the resource articles — is advice. It does not prescribe, dispense, diagnose, or talk to anyone's insurer. Decisions about someone's care belong with them, their family, and the professionals looking after them.

Not for emergencies. The emergency sheet is a convenience for printing information you already hold. In an emergency, call your emergency services.

Your account. Keep your password to yourself and invite only people you would trust with the information in your household — invited members can see it. You are responsible for what the people you invite do with it.

Availability. We aim to keep Care Keep running and your data safe, but no service is perfect. Export your data periodically if it matters to you — that is exactly what the export is for.

Changes. If these terms change in a way that affects you, we'll tell you by email rather than quietly editing this page.

Refunds

14 days, no questions asked. If Care Keep isn't right for your family, email admin@thecarekeep.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund it in full. You don't need to explain why.

After 14 days, write to us anyway — particularly if your circumstances have changed. Caring for someone rarely goes to plan, and we'd rather sort something out than have you feel stuck with a purchase that no longer fits.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually take five to ten days to appear, depending on your bank.
